Yarrow Hall Rental Details

Here are a few additional details about the amenities available for our hall rentals in Chilliwack.

Capacity of the Grand Hall is 200 persons.  We provide dinner plates, cutlery, cups, soup bowls and dessert plates for 200.  Rectangular tables and white chairs are included in the rental fee.  We do have 60″ round tables which can be included for an additional $50.00 fee.  Rental includes use of the public address system and one microphone.  Facility is wifi equipped.  Sound System is aux and bluetooth compatible.

If alcohol is to be available at an event it is necessary to obtain a Special Event Permit and Special Event Liability insurance.  Provide a copy of the insurance endorsement, a week prior to your event, to the Yarrow Hall Manager.  Buy the insurance needed from Duuo easily:

Cancellation Policy for Grand Hall Rentals: If a full-day rental is cancelled for non covid-related reasons  $100 will be deducted from refund to allay administrative costs.
